If the bitrate and resolution are the same then:
A BDRip is the better quality one as it is ripped directly from a Blu-Ray Disc.
A BRRip is a copy that is indirectly ripped from a Blu-Ray Disc. It is a copy of a copy.
They should both be sharper than a DVDRip.
